Founded in 1990 and marketed by Levtrade International (PTY) LTD, Burnshield® Emergency burn care has an internationally recognised range of products that provide immediate and effective methods of treating burn injuries in the acute (emergency) phase.
All Burnshield products meet the requirements of and hold certificates to ISO 13485, CE (European mark for the highest standard of manufacturing and quality), MDSAP (Medical Devices Single Audit Program), FDA (USA), TGA (Australia Health & Safety Regulation), SAHPRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority). These accreditations have afforded our company the opportunity to export into more than 50 countries worldwide.
As the Company expanded its portfolio, new products were introduced for First Aid Kits & Surgicals, Prostrap® Sports Tape & Strapping, Sports Kits & Ice Packs, Aquashield® Chafing (anti-friction) cream and Solace® Suncare. Solace® has become a key product contributor and perfect complement to the well established Burnshield® Burncare range.
